Parsons Consulting Engineers Ltd provided structural engineering services for a mixed single and two-storey rear extension to a residential property on Stamford Road. Our work included a site inspection and ground investigation to inform suitable foundation solutions. We carried out the full structural design of the steelwork, strip foundations, and cut roof structures. Stability checks were completed for new and modified masonry walls to ensure compliance with building regulations. We also reviewed manufacturer-designed elements such as joists and trusses. The project was delivered with careful coordination to ensure structural safety and seamless integration with the existing building.
