Gonerby Moor, Grantham

This project involved the extension of an existing building with a new canopy, along with the development of two large commercial units. The scheme also included private access roads, parking areas, and a service yard. Due to challenging ground conditions and the site's location near the A1, a detailed surface water drainage strategy was developed, incorporating infiltration testing and discharge into a nearby watercourse. Sustainable drainage features such as swales and filter strips were used to manage runoff. Parsons Consulting Engineers provided drainage design, access road design, and technical input to support planning and delivery.
