Parsons Consulting Engineers Ltd has been engaged to provide full civil and drainage design services for a major redevelopment at the former Berol site on Old Meadow Road. The scheme involves demolition of existing structures and construction of two new buildings, with associated access, car parking, and yard areas. Our role includes development of a detailed Drainage Strategy incorporating below-ground attenuation, SUDS, and connections to both Pierpoint Drain and the public sewer. We also provide piling layouts, floor slab design, finished levels, vehicle tracking, and coordination with geotechnical investigations to support both planning and construction phases.
